Our coaching staff is hand selected to bring the most elite instruction and in-depth knowledge to the players. Experienced coaching teams will instruct all levels, providing instruction in individual skills as well as game theory and systems. The reinforcement of values necessary to mold a successful player such as hard work, respect, integrity and dedication to personal and team achievement is paramount

The Hackettstown Harley's coaching staff:

Gary Golczewski - Originally from Morristown, NJ, Gary was a two-time All-American while playing for Trinity Pawling School. Drafted by the Boston Bruins in 1991, Gary spent several years playing professional hockey in the WPHL, CHL and SHL. He has been coaching youth players for seven years, having served as the head coach of the NJ Lightning, Pope John and the NJ Rockets Midget and Bantam teams.

     Gary has been directly responsible for players moving from youth and junior ranks to NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III hockey programs. He has developed players for the Ontario Provincial Junior A League as well as several players moving to the highest levels of Junior Hockey, the USHL and Canadian Major Junior Programs.
